Oh ya I graduated!

A lot has happened over the last month and I wanted to give myself time to reflect on the past 4 years. On May 20th I officially graduated from high school. It was hard to see graduation in the picture a few years ago despite all my struggles. I have reflected on how my high school years have helped shape me into the person I am today. I realized that my high school journey was very different from my classmates. I dealt with struggles every single day. High school didn’t come easy for me. It was definitely a challenge but I am so grateful that I made it through to the finish line. In the four years I was in school we dealt with a worldwide pandemic. Who would have ever thought that would have happened? I think that changed us all one way or another. I did online school my entire sophomore year and that changed the way I saw things. I managed to get through high school one day at a time. We all had struggles that we faced but some struggles were not as obvious as others. I am so thankful for my high school experience but I am ready for what the next chapter in my life will be. I will be attending Merrimack College in the fall and will be majoring in marketing. I can’t wait to see what’s next but for now, I am gonna take it one day at a time.
