New Year New Resolutions

It is that time of year again when we start a new year! I can’t believe we are officially in 2023. Today I wanted to share with you some of my goals for this year! This year is a big year for me I will be graduating from high school and continuing my journey into college. Going into 2023 here are some of my goals and resolutions.


  1. Journal and read for 30 minutes before going to bed.

  2. Start listening to more podcasts.

  3. Going into things with a positive attitude and mindset.

  4. Learning it’s ok to say no.

  5. Focusing more on myself.

  6. Drinking more water.

  7. To step out of my comfort zone more.

  8. Give one compliment a day

  9. Volunteering more within my community

  10. Call a family member once a week to check on them.


I am so excited to see what 2023 has in store for me and I can’t wait to bring you all along.
